Stand Up Paddle Board Course Cost: £84 Adult, £68 Youth prices per person.

Stand up paddle surfing (SUP), stand up paddle boarding, or in the Hawaiian language  Hoe he’e nalu, is a fast growing global sport with a Hawaiian heritage.

Assumed Knowledge: None or little knowledge / experience
Equipment used: 24 Bic Stand Up Paddle Boards of different sizes and paddles
Instructor Qualifications: BCU Coach with SUP endorsement, First Aid, Fully insured.
Minimum Duration: 2 hours up to 1 day course (10am – 4pm lunch 1 hour)
Minimum Age: 8-16 Youth, 16+ Adult
Course Content: Learn to stand on a board maintaining balance with differnt paddle techniques
Ability After Course: You will have a brief SUP theory, safety issues of SUP, SUP equipment knowledge, Paddle and board stability understanding, Stance, Balance and trim knowledge, Paddling strokes & techniques development, Board steering & manoeuvres, environmental awareness with SUP.

£45 per hour

Medway SUP River Trips

We can also offer day excursions along the River Medway. The day will consist of around 2 hours paddling with a lunch break followed by another 2 hours on the stand up paddle boards. We usually tour local sites of interest such as Allington castle, Malta Inn, Archbishops Palace, East Farleigh and other points of interest, depending on the length of tour depends on how much you will see. 

Trips on the river Medway, is a great way to see the abundant wildlife along the river, paddle through Maidstone and onwards, with something different ‘Your going on an adventure’ 

All run on demand 7 days a week availability (river conditions permitting) must be a minimum of two persons for Medway River trips.

‘Surfing’ Stand Up Paddle Boarding 

At Camber Sands People have been riding waves for many years, and it is by far the biggest beach in the South East of England. We have given thousands of lessons to both young and old. For all your surfing stand up paddle boarding needs, from riding your first wave to improving your technique.

3 MEGA ‘Fanatic’ Stand Up Paddle Boards with paddles.

Minimum Duration:
1 hour or up to 2 hours

Minimum Age:
8-16 Youth, 16+ Adult
